Step 1:
Carefully remove your tinsel lashes from the tray by gently gripping the lash band, never pulling on the lash hairs themselves.

Step 2:
Hold the lash up to your eye to measure. If the lash is longer than your natural eye shape, trim accordingly from the outer edge of the lash.

Step 3:
Shake power liner well before use. Apply 1-2 layers of Power Liner 2-in-1 Eyeliner + Lash Adhesive from the inner to the outer corner of your lash line and let it dry for a few seconds.

Step 4:
Using a lash applicator, apply the lash to the middle of your eye, as close to the lash line as possible, then secure the inner and outer corners.

Pro Tips:
- For best results, store the eyeliner tip upside down for optimal ink flow
- Apply Power Liner on the inner and outer corner of lash band for maximum hold and to prevent lifting.
