How can I earn points?
You’ll earn points every time you shop — plus for things like leaving reviews, referring friends, and celebrating your birthday.

When you’re ready, you can redeem your points for $$ off your order or select free products.

Where can I see my points balance?
Log into your Lilly Lashes account. Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Yes! Your points will expire individually based on when they were earned. Points expire exactly 12 months from the date they are earned.
For example, if you placed an order on March 4th, 2026, all loyalty points earned from this transaction would expire on March 4th, 2027.

How does Refer a Friend work?
Sharing FlutterHabit is simple. Use your personal referral link to invite a friend to shop. They’ll receive $10 off $50+ on their first order.
Once your friend places a successful first-time purchase using your referral link, you’ll earn $15 in rewards added to your account.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday reward?
You’ll receive your birthday reward on your birthday — just our little way of celebrating you.
If you add your birthday to your account within 30 days of the date, your reward will be issued approximately 30 days later.

I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately, points cannot be retroactively applied once a purchase is complete. Please double-check your order before placing it.
How does the PR box giveaway work?
Members of our highest tier — Lash Obsessed — are automatically entered to win a PR box whenever we send one out.
Winners are selected at random by our team, and the PR box will be shipped to the shipping address from the winner’s most recent order. Selected winners may also be featured on Lilly Lashes’ social channels.
No additional purchase or action is required beyond being part of the Lash Obsessed tier — just keep leveling up.
