HOW TO APPLY

Step 1:  Shake well before use. Apply 1-2 layers of our Clear Power Liner Lash Adhesive to your lash line and let it dry for a few seconds.

Step 2: Apply your favorite lash directly on top of the extra-tacky clear eyeliner.

Can be used on bare eyelids or over eye makeup.

Pro Tips:
- For best results, store the eyeliner tip upside down for optimal flow
- Apply Power Liner on the inner and outer corner of lash band for maximum hold and to prevent lifting.
