Please note that the time in transit does not include order processing time before shipment or the time that customs takes to release an international order. Once a package has been shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-5 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During holidays or promotions like Black Friday or Cyber Monday, orders may need increased processing time due to a higher order volume.

Although rare, we may experience warehouse closures due to severe weather. In this case, there may be a delay in order processing.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. For express shipping options, orders placed after 12:30pm CT will begin processing the following business day.
Our warehouse will be closed on the following days:
