What was a defining moment in your journey that inspired your passion for women empowerment? 

"I realized the power of confidence when I started Lilly Lashes. Seeing how something as simple as lashes could transform the way a woman feels about herself made me want to create a brand that celebrates and amplifies that feeling. Women deserve to feel bold, beautiful, and unstoppable - and that became my mission."

How have your personal experiences as a woman influenced the vision and direction of Lilly Lashes?

"Being a woman in business taught me the importance of resilience and self-belief. I wanted Lilly Lashes to reflect that - a brand that empowers women to express themselves unapologetically. Our products are designed to enhance beauty, yes, but more importantly, they’re about owning your power and stepping into every room with confidence."

Can you share a challenge you faced in your career and how overcoming it helped you grow both personally and professionally?

"There were moments of doubt, but I stayed true to my vision and kept pushing forward. That experience taught me the value of perseverance and the importance of staying authentic. It made me stronger and more fearless as a leader."

"Launching Lilly Lashes and watching it grow into a global brand was an incredibly powerful moment. It was the result of hard work, passion, and a belief in myself when others doubted me. That strength came from knowing I stayed true to my vision."

"You don’t have to have it all figured out just start. Work hard, and never let fear of failure keep you from chasing your dreams."

"Taking a few moments every morning to set intentions and practice gratitude keeps me grounded and focused. When you start the day with a positive mindset, you’re unstoppable."
